• •Emerging from Mazabuka, our vision to satisfy cravings was nothing short of challenging yet exciting. From students pursuing Food Science to entrepreneurs entering the service industry, we took a bold step. In November 2020, Prime Farm-Restaurant opened—founded by Amadou Losefa, Mungala Choobila, Chishiba Chabala, and Ngole Mweene. We faced challenges in streamlining operations, but every lesson strengthened our foundation.
Our first menu focused mainly on grills and drinks. The community embraced our effort, making Prime a local landmark. Returning to Mazabuka, we realized we needed to elevate our identity. After months of planning, our dream took shape We continued improving customer experience as demand grew. The journey hasn't been easy, but our passion kept us going. Now, we are building something bigger — Mazabuka's first Fish Grill destination. We aim to be the taste, the vibe, and the pride of Mazabuka. Prime is more than food. It's an experience.
